Darius Brown, 13, of Newark, New Jersey, has been helping adoptable dogs look dapper since 2017 and now he’s expanding his efforts to include cats. He recently learned there are 70% more cats than dogs on the East Coast that need a home. He started a GoFundMe page so he can raise money to visit at least one shelter in each of the 50 states and personally deliver, dress and display the adoptable pets on social media.
